On the way to Christchurch, Jimmy stops for some sensational crayfish at Nin's Bin, the world's first food truck. And out on the farm, it's horse vs tractor.
Episode 3
Jimmy goes sea-clam harvesting. In wine country, he finds birds of prey protect the grapes, while in Wellington, the locals want all the rats to leave the city.
Episode 4
In Auckland, Jimmy mixes it with the godfather of fusion food and meets the people who put NZ's fresh produce on the map. He also milks a buffalo.
