Overview: Third year med student Dave works as a medical missionary in rural Zambia. Last year 50 year old Laverne was a high school English teacher. Now he's a first year med student working toward his goal of becoming a family physician. Chief Orthopedic Surgery resident Sam takes on a tough operation to help a child with Cerebral Palsy to be able to walk.
