Sonic, Tails, Princess Sally, and a band of freedom fighters battle to overthrow Dr. Robotnik, a despotic dictator who conquered their home planet Mobius years ago, and rules it as a polluted industrial dystopia.

Sonic tries to get a crystal before Robotnik can use it, but is hindered when he loses his legendary speed.

Sally follows a clue that her father might be alive.

Robotnik captures Sally and makes a robot duplicate of her to spy on the Freedom Fighters.

Antoine goes after Robotnik in an irrational attempt to impress Sally and gain fame for himself.

Sonic and the Freedom Fighters travel to Robotnik's lab in hopes of deciphering his roboticizer system.

Robotnik lets loose a machine that can destroy the world.

The Freedom Fighters defend an underground city of Mobian refugees.

Robotnik has activated the Skyspy satellite to find Knothole. Sonic and Rotor work to take out the Skyspy before it's too late.

Sonic and his friends are on a quest for the Magic Scrolls, and Robotnik is on their trail.
Episode 10
The Freedom Fighters start disappearing while searching for magic water to save the Great Forest.
Episode 11
The Freedom Fighters are in need of some supplies, so Sonic and Tails head off to Robotropolis in order to find the material they need.
Episode 12
The Freedom Fighters hear about Dr. Robotnik's plan to capture terrapods and roboticize them for his army, so they decide to help the terrapods.
Episode 13
Robotnik tries to trap Sonic by holding a race in Robotropolis.
