Overview: Daejeong signs an MOU with Chun Medical Foundation and takes a divorce case from its chairman, Chun Hwan Seo. Mr. Oh assigns the case to Yu Ri instead of Eun Kyung, and Yu Ri learns from him that he intends to fire Eun Kyung soon. Meanwhile, Eun Kyung finds out that Woo Jin will become the managing partner of Daejeong.
