The garage extension nears completion, and Tommy takes a look into the quarrying of ancient building materials and checks out a young person's annex.

When a disused basement is converted into a hi-tech gym, Tommy's expertise is called on to keep it fresh and free from damp. There's also a visit to a North Devon swimming pool & spa extension.

The basement-gym conversion is underway, with Tommy returning to fit a sauna, plus a look at a nuclear bunker being converted into a spectacular home.

Tommy meets a man from Plymouth who has decided to build his own kitchen extension. They both make a start on laying and digging the foundations. Tommy also visits a Gothic Bath conservatory.

Back in Plymouth, Tommy revisits the kitchen extension to see how the project is progressing and talks through drainage, guttering and soakaways. There's also a visit to a first floor Devon building project.
Episode 10
Tommy makes his final visit to the kitchen extension where he shows off his patio laying skills, plus a bungalow is converted into a house.
