Overview: While Garth, Gary and the Strategic Hospitality team plan out the third-floor kitchen of the honky-tonk, Tricia Yearwood gets to work on the menu for all the restaurants in the Honky Tonk. The food needs to taste exactly like her home recipes, and cooking at such a large scale is daunting. Garth volunteers to taste the dishes to help her narrow down some winners.
