Though she and Felix have a young daughter and seem perfectly positioned to have a second child, Lena makes the difficult decision to terminate the pregnancy. Then she meets Zoe, who offers both neutral professional guidance and unexpected friendship. Felix and Lena’s paths cross again at Zoe and Max’s home.

Lena has already weathered a number of challenges, but her greatest lies ahead. She bumps into her old friend Jakob, now a religion teacher. His life plans also changed over the years, and Lena has a somewhat indirect heart-to-heart with him about her situation. Soon after, she finds herself in Dr. Roithner’s office, facing the moment of her final decision. Will she go through with the abortion?
