Episode 1

Kristian Digby sets out to find the perfect house swap for the Garratt family, who want to swap their five-bedroom family home in Leicestershire permanently for a house in their favourite county, Norfolk. Stephanie and Nick Lewin's enormous home, Islington Hall, is a grade 2 listed building with 12 bedrooms, seven bathrooms and a ballroom. Having bought the house six years ago to run as a guest house, they now want to move to a smaller, more manageable property. Having swapped homes and lifestyles for a day, it is up to House Swap property negotiator Sunita Shroff to thrash out a deal. After a day of tricky negotiations, will they decide to swap homes for good?

Kristian Digby sets out to find the perfect house swap for Liz Platts whose passion for collecting antiques means that she has outgrown her two bedroom 1920's semi detached house in Syston in Leicestershire and is looking to swap it permanently for a bigger property in the same area. Jon and Lynne O'Brien's children have flown the nest so they're looking for a change and want to swap their three bedroom detached cottage eleven miles away in Melton Mowbray for something the same size but cheaper. Having swapped homes and lifestyles for a day it's up to House Swap property negotiator Sunita Shroff to thrash out a deal. Legal secretary and fitness instructor Lynne Barclay wants to swap her flat in the centre of Newcastle for a house with a garden for her cats. Currently Kristina has to board, and with siblings Katie and Matthew set to follow her to the school, the Deans need to move to keep the family together. Andy Antonio's property in Hemel Hempstead is a large detached, unfinished new-build just 11 miles from the music school. Unable to finish building the house because of problems with planning permission, Andy is keen to swap it for a home in the country.
