Episode 1

13 aspiring singers & rappers begin their road tour with Grammy Award-winning rapper Missy Elliott. Their competing for a chance to win $100,000, and a record contract with Missy.

Episode 2

While at Jimi Hendrix's Electric Lady Studios, the contestants must compose lyrics to accompany an original music track.

Episode 3

The contestants use junkyard items to create a tribute to what inspires them; they then perform for students at Missy's old high school.

Episode 4

While in Nashville, Tenn., the hopefuls must remix classic country hits and perform them at a local honky tonk bar. The contestants had to sell 60 tickets for their show. They did so, and in return were given a shopping spree and a new tour bus. Groups: Nic, Nilyne, Frank B Marcus, Eddie, Deltrice, Akil Melissa, Jessica, Matthew

Episode 5

As the tour travels to New Orleans, one hopeful receives news from home and must decide whether to remain in the competition.

Episode 6

Harsh lyrics abound when the performers engage in a free-style challenge in which they critique one another.

Episode 7

Bonds between contestants and their emotions are tested, when the final six competitors turn on each other during a challenge.

Episode 8

The last five performers travel by private jet to Los Angeles, where they move into a mansion and meet with Madonna, who offers some valuable advice on the music business.

Episode 9

The performers are challenged to create an original concept for a music video, but things get out of hand when one performer takes charge and ignores another.

Episode 10

Deltrice, Matthew, & Jessica compete to win.
