Episode 1

He also gives a refresher on a couple of his favorite festive recipes, including classic get-ahead gravy and classic stuffing.

Episode 2 Jamie Oliver shows how to pull everything together for a perfect Christmas Day with a menu that includes festive fiesta tacos, brussels with hustle, a bloody mary seafood platter, simple-as-that celeriac and rocky mountain. He also demonstrates how to make the best of seasonal leftovers, with recipes such as Boxing Day turkey chowder. Meanwhile, he revisits other Christmas Day favorites, including classic turkey prep, roast and carve, and classic roast potatoes.
