Overview: Purity's dressmaker is in love with a woman who scorns him for more "manly" men. Long John advises: "There be as many women as fish in the sea. Love be a trick of dame nature—and she be a woman. Thank your stars you be rid of her boarding hook." But Purity schemes to bring them together, and the dressmaker proves he really is a man.
