Gary and Stephanie join Cheryl for a company barbecue, but soon Stephanie is hitting it off with a fellow party-goer and Gary is on the verge of hitting the host.

Stephanie surprises Gary with a job interview at her college, giving him one chance to prove them all wrong and join the American workforce.
