Episode 1

Casually spoken words become a reality on "Woke Up to SuperTV." Korea's national idol group, SUPER JUNIOR's "Keep Your Word Project" begins, and their first mission is EUNHYUK's "20th anniversary photo exhibition." To fulfill the mission, members unite for a fun photo collection. With a 100 percent success rate, they reenact their real graduation photos and select self-taken photos that bring back memories. Will they turn their photo exhibition into a success and keep their word?

Episode 2

Started with SUPER JUNIOR leader LEETEUK's simple comment, SUPER JUNIOR is invited to the "Super Solo World." Members become strangers to each other and they must find their ideal partner. But the concept seems useless for SUPER JUNIOR because as soon as one tries to stand out, harsh criticism flies. Amidst the chaotic first meeting, who will be ranked first and last in first impressions? Will the members be able to convey their feelings toward one another?

Episode 3

The easiest way to get closer is by having fun together! SUPER JUNIOR dives into playing games to break the awkwardness, and friendships begin to blossom. What starts with sharing snacks turns into a "snack flirting" rush. Then, it becomes time to choose a meal partner. Who will end up eating alone? The 1:1 meal date kicks off, but when one participant suddenly storms off, tension rises. What will happen to the Super Solos?

It's time for the Super Solos to make their final decisions. Who will be able to find their ultimate soulmate?

Episode 5

This time, SUPER JUNIOR woke up to the "Dry Sauna Escape." Just as SHINDONG wished, SUPER JUNIOR takes on the challenge of escaping a dry sauna. But first, food! Before the Great Escape, the members divide into two teams to face off over iconic Korean sauna snacks. From steaming hot challenges, chaotic rock-paper-scissors, to wild zombie chases, get ready for sweat, laughs, and total mayhem with SUPER JUNIOR!

Episode 6

Mealtime is over. It's time for a real escape! The winner leaves immediately, and the last member left faces a penalty. In the first challenge, "Memorize to Escape," SUPER JUNIOR explodes with fouls flying to sabotage each other. The second challenge, "Game of Wit," starts as a mind game but turns into a fight, with betrayal and dramatic declarations. Finally, the "Sticky Coin Fishing" challenge will determine the last one standing. Who will win this nail-biting finish?

SUPER JUNIOR hits SHINDONG's new place empty-handed and battles for gifts in a wild game show.

Episode 8

SHINDONG's housewarming party comes to an end, and SUPER JUNIOR takes off for their 20th anniversary MT.

SUPER JUNIOR's 20th anniversary MT goes on! From gathering to the bus ride, it's chaos from the start. First up is lunch, v re their 20 years of friendship is put to the test. Next is grocery shopping. Everyone piles up the cart while KYUHYUN struggles to stop them. Last comes recreation time, full of guaranteed laughs. Stay tuned

SUPER JUNIOR's 20th anniversary MT continues in the final story of Woke Up to SuperTV. RYEOWOOK and SIWON show off their cooking skills, sparking dorm-life nostalgia. A wild karaoke battle and shocking dance-offs follow the feast. Then comes the emotional highlight: a hand and foot washing ceremony where the members tearfully share their heartfelt confessions and 20 years of true friendship.
