Gordon must orchestrate a fresh start for the owner of a fish-focused restaurant in Chesapeake Bay.

Episode 5

Gordon must tame a brawling staff and transform a sloppy kitchen crew into proper chefs.

Episode 6

Gordon must help the owner of Wilson's Secret Sauce, by minimizing the menu and inventory.

Episode 7

Gordon gains intel on the community staple, Callahan's Seafood Bar and Grill, which has rapidly declined since the owner died and left the restaurant to his three daughters. Phase one of Gordon's assignment: compel the sister co-owners and staff to take accountability.

Episode 8

Gordon's assignment at Callahan's continues and the sisters unite to rebuild their family's legacy with Gordon's help.
