Overview: Simon Bar Sinister is working an a chemical that will shrink the city's citizens to miniature size; After being shrunk by Simon Bar-Sinister Underdog and Polly are imprisoned in a birdcage in Simon's lair; General Nuisance sets up a telegraph line to send attack orders to the Colonel. The Gophers tap the line and send to the Colonel - shall we say - revised orders; Commander McBragg recalls getting away with a stolen record
