Episode 1

Octavia and Dook open the kitchen to three teams of Southern families for a down-home showdown. In the first round, an aunt and niece, mother-in-law and son-in-law and wife duo serve up their best Southern brunch. In the second round, the final two teams put their own spin on one of guest judge Reese Witherspoon's childhood favorites to win $10,000.

Biscuit Bliss

Episode 2

Octavia Spencer and expert judge Edgar Dook Chase invite the home cooks to make their family's version of a Southern staple, biscuits; the two final teams take on guest judges Al and Leila Roker's family favorite desserts for a chance at $10,000.

Southern Cocktail Hour

Episode 3

Octavia Spencer and expert judge Edgar "Dook" Chase challenge the home cooks to make three cocktail bites alongside a signature cocktail. Then, the remaining teams put their spin on either guest Eric Stonestreet or Octavia's childhood comfort meal.

Episode 4
