Overview: BILL's subordinates kidnaps FONG's colleague. They beat FONG's colleague terribly. FONG suspects that BILL intended to beat her as she had identified him at the police station. BILL is very aggressive. He bothers the fish market which is KWAN's area. SING wants to kill BILL. FUNG stops her. KWAN and BILL are arranged for a negotiation. However, BILL does not show up. BILL frames KWAN up by hiding some heroine in his place. The police brings KWAN to the police station. TAI takes KWAN's attestation. Heart attack again bothers KWAN. He is being sent to the hospital. SING and his subordinates fight against BILL. BILL is defeated. WAI convinces KWAN to stop SING and his subordinates !
