Overview: Sandy, Tracey's dog needs to get obedience lessons and Tracey is going to invent a machine that will make her dog does what she says. Instead, it becomes a mind controlling machine, that works only on humans. Gordon is baby-sitting Baby Rocky and he doesn't know what to do. So, he steals the machine, and also trying to take over their town.
