Gary Busey, Donna D'Errico, Toccara Jones, Jenna Morasca, and Hal Sparks visit the Waverly Hills Sanatorium in Louisville, Kentucky, to investigate ghost sightings. The abandoned hospital, built to house tuberculosis patients and reportedly the site of thousands of deaths, is considered to be one of the most haunted hospitals in the United States.

Pearl

Episode 2

Rachel Hunter, Ethan Zohn, Godfrey, Tony Little, and Traci Bingham investigate the paranormal at a haunted Connecticut asylum. It is the site of mental patient Nell Marley's suicide, supposedly as a result of her possession by a spirit named Pearl.

The First Warden

Episode 3

Mariel Hemingway, Joe Piscopo, Michael Bergin, Picabo Street, and Tonya Cooley investigate a facility known as "The Walls," a haunted maximum security prison in the south, where warden Tom Grisholm was murdered by an inmate.

Mad Ray

12th November 2006

Episode 4

Gilbert Gottfried, Kimberly Caldwell, Traci Lords, Evan Farmer, and Jeremiah Trotter revisit the haunted asylum to track down another ghost. This time, it is the spirit of Mad Ray, a criminal who suffered from paranoid schizophrenia.

Tanner's Ghost

David Carradine, Coolio, Andrew Firestone, Mia St. John, and Bridget Marquardt investigate a haunting related to mill accidents in Bangor, Maine.

Wooden Lucy

Episode 6

Ernie Hudson, Eric Nies, Nicole Eggert, Willie Garson, and Courtney Friel investigate a haunting at an industrial mill.

Cult Commune

Episode 7

Evander Holyfield, Debra Wilson, Jason “Wee Man” Acuña (“Jackass”), Nikki Ziering and Julio Iglesias Jr check out the ruins of the cult commune.

Dead Men Walking

17th December 2006

Episode 8

Christopher Knight, Adrianne Curry, Danny Bonaduce, and Gretchen Bonaduce bring CPP back to a haunted prison in Nashville, TN, to investigate the paranormal in the season finale.

Celebrity Paranormal Project is a paranormal reality television series that originally aired from October 22, 2006 to November 1, 2007 on VH1. The show is currently on hiatus, so it is unknown if VH1 will re-air the show and begin with a second season. Except for a different title and usage of celebrities, the VH1 show is identical to MTV's Fear. The show since been released and available on iTunes and Xbox Live. All eight episodes are also available for free streaming on Hulu.
