Quick Draw and his sidekick Baba Looey hold off Big Chief Little Runt so that the railroad station can be built and continue out west. Trail-blazing Quick Draw, spearheading the railroad's western invasion, and Baba Looey have trouble with iron horse-hating Little Runt and his braves. Little Runt and Quick Draw battle to establish a right-of-way. Finally, peace is made, with Little Runt winning the blanket sales concession.

Poor McGraw cannot cope with Slick until McGraw's partner, Baba Looey, hides in the con man's valise and subdues him.
