Lasko – Die Faust Gottes is a German action television series, an RTL co-production with ORF. First aired on 18 June 2009, it is set in a monastery and involves martial arts. Fifteen 45 minute episodes have been produced as of October 2011 in two series. The series was shot in the Naumburg an der Saale area, Pforta, Schloss Neuenburg and Königstein Fortress.

In Congo City, BKA agent Sophia von Erlen follows arms dealer Viktor Lunth, who wants to organize a new war with an African general. When Lunth gets on a plane back to Frankfurt, Sophia follows him. She doesn't know yet that Lunth has discovered her and already informed his orderers in the Vatican - the secret organization Ares.

Bishop Renaud is on his way to Rome to give cardinal N'Kasa a report on the secret organization Ares. But the heads of Ares already know about the report and try everything to prevent that the report ever gets to Rome.
