Prétear is the story of a girl, Himeno Awayuki, who must overcome her fears to become the White Prétear and protect the life essence on Earth called Leafe, with the help of the Leafe Knights, Hayate (wind), Sasame (sound), Kei (light), Go (fire), Mannen (ice), Hajime (water), and Shin (grass). In order for Himeno to fight off the Princess of Disaster and the demon larva, she must become one with one of the Leafe Knights in order for her to become Prétear. Will Himeno be confident enough in order to fulfill her destiny when the time comes?

Episode 1
Himeno was a normal sixteen-year old girl until seven men called the Leafe Knights burst into her life and revealed that she is a being known as the Pretear. Blessed with the power to merge with the Leafe Knights and wield their elemental powers, Himeno must aide her new friends in their quest to stop the evil Princess of Disaster!
Episode 2
Himeno survives her first battle as the Pretear, but one of the Knights is injured because of her inexperience. Vowing never to let it happen again, Himeno resolves to practice controlling her new powers!
Episode 3
The tension between Hayate and Himeno builds as the Leafe Knight puts the Pretear through a series of bizarre challenges. But when a demon larvae attacks, the two will be forced to set aside their differences and work together!

Himeno and some of the younger Leafe Knights encounter booby traps and man-eating beasts while they scour the grounds of the mansion in search of demon larvae!

In the wake of Sasame’s betrayal, the Leafe Knights scramble to find a safe place to hide Himeno. Meanwhile, the Princess of Disaster prepares her new weapon - the Puppet of Darkness!
Episode 11
Himeno’s parents search high and low for their missing daughter, Mawata refuses to leave her room, and Sasame falls further under the spell of the devious Princess of Disaster.
Episode 12
Sasame and Hayate face each other in a battle between good and evil. Meanwhile, Himeno and her parents try desperately to break through to Mawata, but the pain in her heart may be insurmountable.
Episode 13
Sasame makes the ultimate sacrifice to save the girl he loves, and Himeno will stop at nothing to protect her family - and the Knights of Leafe!
