Overview: A4 hope that PAK-TAK will agree to make a payment in lieu of notice to Goaltech for them so that they can leave. To their disappointment, he avoids seeing them. ALEX looks for STEVE at a bar to see how he is doing. STEVE feels that he has had enough of Goaltech that he wants to quit desperately. As for ALEX, he is of the impression that whether Goaltech will survive or perish depends entirely on him. AARON visits KIN. ALEX blames her for still seeing AARON. PAUL and the other two members of A4 have been away from their desks for a while for no apparent reason. ALEX finds it strange that when they show up again, they are able to tell why ES has been down. Later, he discovers that LING-CHING has been helping them. He accuses her of not trusting him. AARON calls on KIN again. This time ALEX gives him a punch as well as showing him the door. KIN is so mad about her brother that she decides she might just as well leave……
