Overview: Ling worries about her job. She helps Yan moving house. The delivery workers demand extra charges for furniture delivery service, yet Ling does not accept. The workers leave. A customer complaint exposes an urgent need for additional manpower in the Trustworthy Property Company. Bong recognizes Ling when he helps her moving a sofa. Ling has made up her mind to develop her career in estate agency. When Leung is bothering about finding a suitable employee, there comes Ling who sells herself at the job interview. Finally, she enters the company successfully. She is assigned as an apprentice to Ying Yan. In order to learn the property laws and regulations fast, Ling asks Tsun for help. Leung cannot stand for Fok Ming-hin’s arrogance, who is the regional manager of a large estate agency, he professes to build his company the largest estate agency. Ling is deeply impressed by Leung’s aspiration in running his business.
