Overview: Ling is assigned to collect information from the other estate agencies in the same district. Leung is arranged for a blind dating. Sarcastically, the dating has made a business deal successfully. By finding Ying Yan’s wife the suitable cosmetics, Ling is able to gain an opportunity of practical training in property selling. She finds Ying Yan boasts a lot and likes exaggerating things to his customers. During the conversation, Ling has almost leaked the secret of Ying Yan for having a mistress. Leung sees Fong Sin-man asking a strong man for help to move a mattress. Then he follows them to a pub. He gets drunk. Fortunately, Ling passes by and takes him home. Bong is somewhere around the scene where he sees the happening. On the next day, Leung intends not to respond to Bong’s question clearly as he thinks this may help to stop his father from finding him a mate again. Hin visits Bong and pretends to respect him……
