Episode 1

Nine strangers move into a Panamanian penthouse to compete for the title of "The Hero"; a sudden change of heart shocks the group.

Contestants are offered temptations as they navigate the jungle and handle huge snakes; a contestant must climb atop a towering bridge; the house questions Athena's motives.

Episode 4

Dwayne Johnson reveals a twist; contestants must leap off a building and climb an elevator shaft; one contestant must swim in the ocean for the Hero challenge; Charles makes a plea.

Honesty

Episode 5

Contestants must take a lie detector test as part of the team challenge; one contestant is tear-gassed; Lydia bares her soul in the war room.

Endurance

Episode 6

Contestants test their skills with primitive weapons and navigate an underground cave; the contestants fight to prove who is the most heroic.

Sacrifice

Episode 7

Contestants rappel down the tallest building in Central America; the contestants make their final pleas to America.

Season Finale

Episode 8

The contestants are reunited; America's vote for "The Hero" is revealed.
