Overview: Angered by the news of his retirement, Tsurugi takes out his frustration at the constant tests on the doctor. The doctor was developing a new V3 engine to overcome Hayabusa's weaknesses. Although the prototype was completed, the experiment failed. Tsurugi, who will be participating in a race in the Himalayas, decides to install a V3 engine on the condition that the engine speed does not increase.
