Overview: After experiencing defeat for the second time at the hands of the dragon, Tsurugi declines the invitation for a comfort trip and remains at the research institute. In order to settle the matter on equal terms with him, Ryu dares to give him the blueprint for a quick cornering wheel. The new V4 engine has already been completed and all that remains is testing. However, due to an unexpected problem, V4 becomes unusable.
