Five teenage friends fight against an evil alien species named the Dorks in order to retrieve some peculiar and extremely dangerous explosives called the microgalaxies.

The Dorks kidnap Sidney in order to find the Dork Hunters' commanders' headquarters.

Romeo and Eddie race against a Dork named Johnny Hazard after finding out that one of his monster truck's props has a microgalaxy hidden inside it.

Fido creates a gravy recipe to make the Dork Hunters forget who they are.
Episode 27
Inspired by a movie recently shown on TV, Fido plans to get rid of the Dork Hunters once and for all by shrinking them and trapping them inside one of the microgalaxies.
Episode 28
Eddie and Angie are admitted into a private school, but the school is crowded with Dorks and Fido has hidden a microgalaxy there.
Episode 29
After Fido gets stung by a bee, he and Jones are forced to make a deal with the Dork Hunters in order to save the former's life.
Episode 30
After Fido loses the communication bone he uses to remind the Dork High Command that he is safe, the Earth's fate is in jeopardy and he, Jones and the Dork Hunters have to retrieve it before it's too late.
Episode 31
An observer is sent to Earth to supervise the Dork Hunters after they lose a microgalaxy to the Dorks, which will bring the team and especially Sidney more than one problem.
Episode 32
The Dork Hunters go on summer vacation to Tortuga Island, unaware that a buried treasure chest full of micro-galaxies is located there and Fido and Jones are after it.
Episode 33
After ending up stranded on Tortuga Island, the Dork Hunters must try to get back to civilization and catch up with Fido and Jones. On his own adventure to reunite with the Dork Hunters, Sidney meets the ghost pirates who hold the treasure chest.
Episode 34
The Dork Hunters and Sidney need to face one final battle against the ghost pirates, as well as Fido and Jones, before they can obtain the microgalaxies from the treasure chest.
Episode 35
Suspicious that he is aware of the Dorks' existence, Fido and Jones trick a mailman into targeting the Dork Hunters.
Episode 36
After the Dork Hunters successfully retrieve all the microgalaxies from the Dorks, it is revealed that the whole series was a reality show and the producers negotiate with Fido, Jones and the Dork Hunters to bring it back.
