Overview: Satake gets the first opportunity to create a tour plan from scratch for two clients, a father and daughter, but the challenge is the father is a blind curmudgeon. Nevertheless, the boss demands Satake get an A rating at the end or else he'll be transferred to the "disposal station" downstairs with Kyoka and the others. And speaking of which, Kyoka refuses to help out this time, making the demotion a likely prospect!
