EJ plots career moves and meets with fashion industry players; Elisa struggles in her relationship and reaches out to her family; EJ plans a dating-themed mixer to bring everyone together, but Sanaz clashes with a lot of the group.

EJ and Elisa are determined to be successful on their own; EJ tries to find his own path in love and friendship.

Episode 4

EJ and Elisa take a trip to their father's hometown of Lansing, Mich., and learn some tough truths; Elisa struggles with the aftermath of meeting her birth family; Maya flirts with temptation during a girls' night out in Brooklyn.
