Special guest Sienna Miller gets saucy with her Tuscan duck ragu. Jamie cooks a whole salmon in salt. Jimmy creates a DIY hog roast for the ultimate crackling. And the boys try to revive a forgotten British biscuit, Lancashire's Tosset cake.

Episode 3

Amanda Holden makes moussaka; Jamie inspires some incredible weekend cooking with two-way chicken; and Jimmy tries his hand at DIY kebabs. And the two friends breathe life into another lost British sweet classic: maid of honour tarts, which date back to the days of Henry VIII.

Episode 4

Kirstie Allsopp cooks one of her favourite dishes - an Indian street food called pani puri. Jamie makes everyone's taste buds water with two amazing shellfish recipes. Jimmy prepares his own charcuterie. And Jamie and Jimmy try to resurrect the fortunes of a long-forgotten Sussex drink called Huckle My Buff.

Chris Moyles cooks his favourite dish, an authentic New York-style pizza. Jamie mashes up the two best things in life, a roast and a curry. Jimmy builds a DIY smoker. And the boys try to revive a long-forgotten pudding in Colchester.

Episode 6

Comedian Jennifer Saunders and Jamie cook classic Italian porchetta for hubby and Celebrity MasterChef Ade Edmondson. Jimmy serves his very own Champagne cider. The boys try to revive a delicious sweet and savoury Bedfordshire pasty that's on the verge of extinction. And actor Dexter Fletcher makes Mexican tortillas with salsa.
