Overview: Tin Chun follows Shiu Tai to make speculation in property market, however, the government suddenly announces that a fly-over will be built around the flat Tin Chun has bought. It leads to a sharp decrease in price. Shiu Tai knows the plan in advance and he has sold all his flats.
