Overview: HA has overheard that CHUNG and the lawyer, Mr MA are discussing about the takeover of Hin Tat Building. After that, HA tells HONG a story about the flank beef, and HONG gets something in his mind. HONG orders CHUNG to rent out Hin Tat Building after renovations, but CHUNG doesn’t understand why. CHU reckons LEUNG is expecting a baby, but LEUNG, who knows how to read from the lips, says CHU is saying nonsense. HONG is satisfied to know that there are only three flats of Hin Tat Building haven’t sold yet. HA makes use of LEUNG’s lip reading skill to find out that the three flats are actually owned by CHUNG. HA thinks LAI has potential so he decides to tell him the big secret. OI finds out the problems of the new kitchen cabinets which her elder brother HAU has bought. TINA thinks it’s the chance for CHUNG to show off himself……
