Overview: The Phecda Bureau is going to organize the Lonely Ghost Ceremony, which is also the big day when the Sun Section and the Moon Section compete for the Speedy Standard. However, TAO FA learns from CHEUNG-SING that he does not intend to participate in the Ceremony.
