Episode 1

In the first episode, join Claire Saffitz in her search for the perfect pizza dough. Claire treks all over New York City to learn how some of the best pizza places make their dough and then takes what she learns back to the Test Kitchen to try out what she learns.

It's episode 2 and let's just say this one is going to get... saucy. Join sauceboys -- no, sauceMEN -- Andy and Brad in their hunt for the perfect pizza sauce. From finding the perfect tomatoes to figuring out the perfect cooking method, there is no length that Andy and Brad won't go to reach perfection.

Episode 3

It's episode three and this one is all about cheese. The search for cheesy perfection takes Carla and Molly all the way to Italy to learn about how buffalo mozzarella is made. Can Carla and Molly match Claire's perfect pizza dough and sauce boys Brad and Andy perfect pizza sauce?

Episode 4

In episode four, Andy and Chris (and substitute chef Molly) search high and low in New York City for the perfect pizza toppings. Is less more when adding toppings to a pizza? Are there any toppings everybody can agree on?

Episode 5

This is it. The final episode of the season. Brad. Claire. Molly. Andy. Chris. Carla. Did these great minds accomplish the unthinkable and make the perfect pizza? Did they discover the perfect combination of dough, sauce, cheese and toppings and if so will they share their secrets with us? Well, yes they did and yes they will.

Brad, Claire, Chris, Carla, Molly and Andy weren't always the perfect pizza making geniuses they are now. But then these great minds came together for a singular meeting. No, a symposium! And what did they do? Oh nothing, other than lay the groundwork for what would become the single greatest pie of pizza ever constructed. Now you can can witness that momentous discussion for yourself.
