SKY Muscle invites viewers to exercise with various celebrities who are known to love exercising. These celebrities will turn into exercise coordinators to motivate the show’s participants who wish to become stronger and healthier. They plan to utilize all their know-hows for exercising to manage not only the bodies of the “SKY Muscle” participants, but also their mental health.Episode 2
In this week’s episode of Sky Muscle, Se Yoon, Hyuk Soo, JooE, Amber, Hyun Min, and Eun Seo learn jujitsu from a black belt, Lee Jin Hee. The members of Sky Muscle try and learn techniques and compete against each other. From practice to real sparring matches, all the members try their best to master jujitsu.
