When his father dies abruptly, Jo Don's culinary career in France is cut short as he has to inherit his father's business. Only then does he find out that his father was a local Godfather and uses his business to cover up for illegal dealings in the food industry.

Jo returns from France to attend his father’s funeral only to discover that his father’s will is not as what he expected.
Episode 2
Jo and Kesuma devise a plan to escape from Jo’s wedding to Suzi Faye. Meanwhile, Mat Don is angry because he was not appointed as the heir to the family business.

Jo reluctantly proceeds to marry Suzi Faye. Kesuma sneaks into the wedding to meet Jo. Mat Don tries to sabotage the wedding.

La Baha workers are detained by enforcement officers as their identities as illegal migrants have been exposed. The Dons offer Jo their help to run the restaurant due to the Migellin Star Inspector’s impending visit.

Jo finds Suzi Faye attractive and is trying hard to resist her. Meanwhile Angelito and Mat Don are in trouble with Abe Wan Katok.

Jo Don places sanctions on the Dons to clean up their acts. Meanwhile, Secretary Hui is having doubts about his work.
