Overview: Tuman Bay burns Selim's letter and refuses to surrender. Selim prepares to invade. The Mamluks are more divided than ever and Tuman tries his best to unite the masses. Tuman delivers a speech to the Mamluks and the people of Cairo urging them to persevere. The battle starts and Janbardi betrays Tuman Bay to join forces with Selim, making the battle intensify.
